Salary: ?41,830 ? ?50,570 per annum

The Faculty of Natural Sciences is currently seeking a Faculty Education Coordinator to assist in the development and delivery of the Faculty?s strategic education objectives.?

Reporting to the Operations Officer and working closely with the Faculty?s Director of Education, you will play a key role in the identification, prioritisation, development, implementation and management of the Faculty?s education strategy to ensure that the Faculty meets its strategic objectives and takes advantage of opportunities to excel further in its education programmes and activities.?This varied role will include initiating the Faculty?s participation in new education programmes, developing and delivering appropriate policies and procedures in support of education objectives and creating and maintaining management information tools to enable monitoring against strategic targets.?

Educated to degree level with a proven track record in administration within a Higher Education establishment or similar, you will have an innovative and proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work across multiple parts of a large organisation. You will also be able demonstrate excellent organisational, communication and analytical skills and use these to provide support of the highest possible standard.? Experience of policy and strategy development and implementation, together with a successful track record in negotiating with staff and external agencies, are essential.? An academic background in science or mathematics would also be beneficial.?
